The Indiana Elks Association, Inc. does not release membership information except on rare occasions, in the form of a mailing list released for a mailing that we believe will be of general interest to our membership.

Membership dues are non-refundable.

Charitable donations are non-refundable.

Refunds and returns of Prayer Books will be accepted within 30 days of sale date under certain conditions. Pre-approval must be obtained for all returns by contacting PSP Marvin Buck at pspbuck@indianaelks.org

Convention, Registration and/or Banquet Fees are refundable under certain terms. Those terms will be posted with each separate Convention.

In April, 2009 the 66 Lodges comprising the Indiana Elks Association, Inc. realigned its Districts from 8 down to 6, and in June, 2009 the Association also began a restructuring of the number of State Officers, which will be completed in June, 2012.

The operation of the State Association is currently conducted by an "Executive Committee" consisting of the State President, the State Vice Presidents, and the State Directors.  When complete in June, 2012, the Executive Committee will consist of the State President, a President-Elect, and four State Directors.
